Abstract

State budget management plays an important role in the success of regional development. Objective To analyze the implementation, constraints, and efforts in implementing the Nagari Panyalaian Revenue and Expenditure Budget, X Koto District, Tanah Datar Regency 2020. Types of Sociological Juridical research. Data collection techniques through interviews. Data were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study: 1) The administration of the Nagari Budget is the authority of the Wali Nagari as the leader of the government in Nagari. 2) APBNagari funds that depend on funds from the Central Government and Regional Governments will disrupt the process of implementing APBNagari. 3) Improving the administrative structure, paying more attention to the estimated funds to be managed by the nagari.
