KEWENANGAN DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU DALAM MEMBERIKAN IZIN PENDIRIAN KLINIK PENGOBATAN HERBAL DI PAYAKUMBUH

Abstract

Based on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia (PERMENKES RI) Number 9 of 2014 what is meant by a clinic is a health service facility that provides individual health services that provide basic and/or specialized medical services, organized by more than one type of health worker and led by a medical professional. . The purpose of the study was to analyze the authority, constraints, and efforts at the One Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service in granting permission to establish a Herbal Medicine Clinic in Payakumbuh City. The research method used is sociological juridical. The results of the study are: 1) DPMPTSP's authority in granting a license to establish a Herbal Medicine Clinic in Payakumbuh, DPMPTSP is the agency that issues the permit, while the one who determines the granting of a permit is the Health Service. 2) The obstacles faced are ignorance, limited communication and many requirements. 3) Efforts made by DPMPTSP are Socialization and Requirements Reduction.
