REALISASI KEBIJAKAN PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT BERDASARKAN PERDA NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2020 TENTANG ADAPTASI KEBIASAAN BARU DALAM PENCEGAHAN DAN PENGENDALIAN COVID-19.

Abstract

Perda 6 of 2020 was passed as a policy basis to reduce the spread of the Corona virus (COVID-19). The formulation of the problem: (1)How is the realization of the west sumatra provincial policy based on regional regulation number 6 of 2020 concerning the handling of covid-19? (2) What are the obstacles faced by the west sumatra provincial government in facing the new normal during the Covid-19 pandemic? (3) What efforts have the provincial government made in facing the new normal during the COVID-19 pandemic? The type of research used Sociological Juridical. Data collection techniques are obtained through the study of documents and interviews. The data are analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study: 1) the policy of the Government of West Sumatra in handling Covid 19 during the New Normal period. 2) Obstacles faced by the West Sumatra Government in handling Covid 19. 3) Efforts made by the West Sumatra Government in Handling Covid 19.
