PENERAPAN PERATURAN DAERAH PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2020 TENTANG ADAPTASI KEBIASAAN BARU DALAM PENCEGAHAN DAN PENGENDALIAN CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (STUDI KASUS PELAKSANAAN VAKSINASI DI KABUPATEN AGAM)

Abstract

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia has implemented several policies in the effort to overcome and prevent COVID-19, one of which is the covid-19 vaccination. The formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) How is the implementation of vaccination based on the Regional Regulation of the Province of West Sumatra Number 6 of 2020 concerning the Adaptation of New Habits in the Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Agam Regency? (2) What are the obstacles faced Department of Health in carrying out the covid-19 vaccination in Agam Regency? (3) What are the efforts made by the Health Office in overcoming the obstacles to implementing the covid-19 vaccination in Agam Regency? This research is a sociological legal research using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of document studies and interviews and then analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study include: (1) Implementation of Vaccination based on Regional Regulation of the Province of West Sumatra Number 6 of 2020 concerning Adaptation of New Habits in Controlling Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Agam Regency (2) Obstacles Faced by the Health Office in Implementing Covid-19 Vaccination in Agam Regency Agam Regency (3) Efforts Made by the Health Office in Overcoming Obstacles in Implementing Covid-19 Vaccination in Agam Regency.
