Abstract
Article 2 Paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 18 Paragraph (1) letter b of the Corruption Act regulates
criminal penalties for corporations that can harm state finances or the state economy. As an example of a
corruption case committed by a corporation in decision Number 81/Pid.Sus-TPK/2018/PN.Jkt.Pst PT.NKE. The
formulation of the problem: (1) How is the application of crime against corporations in the criminal act of
corruption in the decision Number 81/Pid.Sus-TPK/2018/PN.Jkt.Pst? (2) What is the judge's consideration in
imposing a crime against a corporation in a corruption crime in Decision Number 81/Pid.SusTPK/2018/PN.Jkt.Pst?, the type of normative juridical research; data sources come from secondary data
(consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials), data collection techniques with library research;
qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study (1) The application of 70% of the maximum
punishment against corporations in the corruption crime decision Number 81/Pid.sus-TPK/2018/PN.Jkt.Pst in
the form of imposing a criminal fine to the defendant in the amount of Rp. 700,000,000, compensation of Rp. Rp
85,490,234,737, and the revocation of the defendant's right to participate in the government project auction for 6
months has been fulfilled. (2) The judge's consideration in the decision Number 81/Pid.sus-TPK/2018/PN.Jkt.Pst.
