The parking area of M.Djamil Hospital Padang is quite wide. Managed directly by the Cooperative RS. at the end of 2019 there were many cases of theft in the parking area of the hospital the legal protection for consumers against the loss of motorized vehicles in the parking area. The research method used is a type of sociological legal research, the results of the research are the form of responsibility given by the cooperative for the loss of motorized vehicles, the cooperative will compensate for the losses suffered by consumers and consumers have the right to report the incident to the authorities if they do not get justice.
