Violations and employee discipline problems hinder the function of government services due to civil servants who do not carry out their duties optimally. In accordance with Law number 5 of 2014 new laws and regulations regarding employment in order to realize national goals, ASN employees are needed. Problem Formulation 1) Form of Implementation of Civil Servant Disciplinary Regulations Based on Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 at Padang City Hall? 2) Efforts to implement and improve the Disciplinary Regulations for Civil Servants based on Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 at Padang City Hall? This type of research is Sociological Juridical. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews. Data were analyzed qualitatively. Research Results 1) At Padang City Hall apply Preventive Discipline to civil servants. 2) Efforts to improve the discipline of Padang City Hall have disseminated regulations to employees as an effort to discipline employees.References
