Abstract

ABSTRACT When Russia was trying to invade Ukraine because of a conflict between the two countries, a journalist named Brent Renaud was shot by troops from Russia who were trying to invade Ukraine because of a conflict between the two countries. Problem Formulation: 1) How are the protection arrangements for journalists/press in International Humanitarian Law? 2) What is the juridical analysis of the shooting of Brent Renaud in the conflict area between Russia and Ukraine according to International Humanitarian Law? The research method that the author uses in this paper is normative juridical research.
