PELAKSANAAN PERATURAN DAERAH NOMOR 3 TAHUN 2021 TENTANG IZIN USAHA INDUSTRI KECIL DAN MENENGAH DI KOTA PADANG (STUDI KASUS DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU KOTA PADANG)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Small and Medium Industrial Business Permits in the city of Padang in order to increase investment and to find out the obstacles in the implementation of industrial business permits in the city of Padang. which in this study are: 1) How is the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2021 concerning Industrial Business Permits in the City of Padang? 2) Obstacles faced in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2021 concerning Industrial Business Permits in Padang City? 3) Efforts made by the Padang City Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) in abusing Industrial Business Permits? This research is a sociological legal research using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of document studies and interviews and then analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of the research include: 1) Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2021 concerning Industrial Business in the City of Padang 2) Obstacles in implementing Regional Regulation Number. 3 of 2021 concerning Industrial Business Permits in the City of Padang 3) What are the efforts made by the Padang City Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) in the misuse of Industrial Business Permits.
