PERANAN NCB-INTERPOL INDONESIA DALAM MEMBERIKAN PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP KORBAN KEJAHATAN INTERNASIONAL PERDAGANGAN PEREMPUAN (WOMAN TRAFFICKING) MENURUT UN TRAFFICKING PROTOCOL DI INDONESIA

Abstract

Prolonged economic crisis, which hit Indonesia resulted in many unemployed arise. Especially women to become Indonesian workers abroad. Lack of information about jobs abroad led the women at risk to become victims of human trafficking (trafficking). Government efforts in this particular NCB-Interpol Indonesia in providing legal protection for victims of trafficking abroad. Problem: (1) how the settings on the prevention of trafficking of women in Indonesia, (2) how the form of legal protection of victims of trafficking in the UN Protocol, (3) how the role of NCB-Interpol Indonesia in the crime of trafficking. The method used in this paper approach the normative legal / juridical using primary data and secondary. The final conclusion: (1) The form of legislation relating to women's issues (legal protection of women), International Convention (law) relating to the issue of trafficking in women, as well as in the form of co-Intorpol NCB each country. (2) The form of services and protection of victims, provision of relevant information, the physical and psychological recovery and social victims, victim safety protection, repatriation of victims with respect to the safety of the victim. For improvement in the future: (1) the training needed to better police awareness and understanding of trafficking. (2) the existence of an international treaty either MLA or extradition to countries that allow trafficking. (3) the need sosoalisasi to the general public about trafficking in the present form masquerading as a recruitment agency.
