ABSTRACK Consumer protection is a guarantee that consumers should receive for every product purchased from business actors. It is not uncommon to find defects that can endanger consumers due to hidden defects. It does appear as if it meets the standards, but it can harm consumers when using it which does not fulfill the original purpose of the product, and results in reduced benefits of the goods. Accountability is part of the obligation that binds one's activities in trying. Consumers feel aggrieved because of defective products, because consumers' rights are to be served fairly and honestly. Problem Formulation: 1) How is the implementation of the electronic purchase agreement at the Wisdana Musik Group Pasar Raya Padang store? 2) What is the form of responsibility of business actors for defective electronic products? This study uses a sociological juridical type. Data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were obtained by means of interviews and document studies. Data were analyzed using qualitative. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Business actors apply conventional sales and online sales, in buying and selling business actors and consumers make an agreement beforehand. 2) The responsibility of business actors in conventional sales by means of being serviced and replaced with new goods, the responsibility of selling online by replacing consumer money, if an error is made by the marketplace, then he will be responsible.References
