Abstract

ABSTRACK The employee in charge of making the deed, namely the Land Deed Making Officer, which is then abbreviated as (PPAT) and the Notary and the appointed employee, are in charge of creating order in the land sector related to making sale and purchase deeds. An item that is used as the object of a sale and purchase agreement must meet the requirements, that is, the amount can be determined during the sale and purchase transaction or when the ownership rights are transferred to the buyer. If a problem occurs in making a sale and purchase deed due to the negligence of the PPAT, then the deed only has underhanded legal force and can be revoked because subjective conditions are not fulfilled. The problems are: 1) What are the authorities and responsibilities of the PPAT in making the land sale and purchase deed, 2) What are the obstacles faced by the PPAT in making the land sale and purchase deed.
