PELAKSANAAN PERJANJIAN PENDISTRIBUSIAN GAS LPG ANTARA PT ABINAYA SUKMA PERSADA DENGAN DISTRIBUTOR M FERDI ASHIDDICKY DI KOTA PAYAKUMBUH

Abstract

ABSTRAK Oil and Gas wealth in Indonesia is a non-renewable natural resource managed by the State. In the process of distributing 3 kilogram LPG Gas, Pertamina cooperates with agents and bases with the aim of facilitating the distribution of 3 kilogram LPG Gas. As explained in the Regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2021 concerning Engagements for the Distribution of Goods by Distributors or Agents. The distribution process between agents and distributors begins with making an agreement that has the nature of following. Problem formulation 1) How is the implementation of the LPG gas agent and distributor cooperation agreement between PT Abinaya Sukma Persada and Distributor M Ferdi Ashidicky, 2) What are the obstacles encountered in the implementation of the agent and distributor cooperation agreement and efforts to overcome the obstacles to the LPG gas agreement between PT Abinaya Sukma Persada and M Ferdi Ashidicky Distributors? This research uses sociological legal research methods. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are interviews and document studies. Research results: 1) the form of agreement between PT Abinaya Sukma Persada and distributor M Ferdi Ashiddicky makes the implementation of the agreement can be realized based on the rules governing the agreement stipulated in PERMENDAG Number 24 of 2021. 2) constraints - Schedule for the arrival of gas cylinders, cannot refuse the filling of new gas cylinders, Determination of HET. The obstacles encountered in the course of the agreement can be resolved in a family manner between agents and distributors.
