Abstract

ABSTRACT Productive zakat is wealth given to mustahiq as capital to carry out a free economic activity. This study uses a sociological legal approach. Data sources used primary data and secondary data. Data analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study: 1) Distribution of productive zakat funds of the National Amil Zakat Agency in IV Jurai District by submttingan application proposal. 2) Obstacles in the distibtion of productive zakat funds of the National Amil Zakat Agency in IV Jurai District, namely inadequate capital, wide area coverage, and personal limitations owned by Baznas 3) How to overcome obstacles in the distribution of productive zakat funds Th National Amil Zakat Agency in District IV Jurai invites the public to pay zakat, and send 2 (two) officers to conduct a review.
