ABSTRAK Donation is a forum to raise funds or money that has a voluntary nature without any restrictions on not expecting rewards or profits. Until now, the program of transferring the remaining consumer money change into the form of donations by Budiman Swalayan is still being implemented, but this is done on the willingness or sincerity of consumers. Problem Formulation: 1) How is the Responsibility of Business Actors for changing the form of change into the form of donation? 2) What is the Consumer View on the change in the form of change into the form of donation? 3) What are the Obstacles and Efforts to collect the remaining consumer change into the form of donations? This type of research is sociological juridical. Data collection techniques are obtained through interviews and document studies. The results of the study are 1) The form of responsibility is carried out by Budiman Swalayan as a donation collector, namely by donating the remaining consumer change to the Padang City National Amil Zakat Agency 2) regarding consumer views, some consumers do not understand their rights as consumers which have been regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection 3) One of the obstacles experienced is the lack of availability of coins, so efforts that can be made are to meet the availability of coins in each branch of Budiman Swalayan.References
