Abstract

ABSTRAK Customers are people who obtain bank credit facilities or financing based on sharia principles or equivalent to that based on bank credit agreements with customers concerned customers who place their funds in the bank in the form of savings based on the bank agreement with the customer concerned. Problem Formulation: 1) What is the Juridical Analysis of Supervision of Financial Services Authority in ensuring financial consumer rights to the loss of bank burglary? 2) What is the juridical analysis of compensation for customers who suffer losses for bank burglary? The type of research is normative juridical. Data sources used primary, secondary and tertiary data sources. Data collection techniques are documentation studies. Data analysis is qualitative data analysis. RESEARCH RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: 1) Related to the Juridical Analysis of Financial Services Authority Supervision in ensuring financial consumer rights to bank burglary losses have basically regulated in the Financial JSA Authority and there are still many derivative rules and applicable rules in Indonesia which regulates consumer or customer protection The bank affected by the bank account burglary case. 2) related to the juridical analysis of compensation to customers who suffer losses for bank burglary that the bank will still be responsible for the process of compensation while the evidence of loss or burglary of the customer's account can be proven by the proof that will be carried out by the banker.
