TANGGUNGJAWAB DOKTER GIGI TERHADAP PASIEN DARI PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI KLINIK MITRA SANDONA KOTA PADANG

Abstract

ABSTRAK Health is a condition that becomes a basic need for humans in addition to the need for food, clothing and shelter. Health maintenance is an effort to overcome and prevent health problems that require examination, treatment and care. Problems with dental health cannot be separated from the role of the dentist who examines and treats the patient’s teeth and mouth. Sometimes dentists in carrying out their practice do not follow the procedure for extracting teeth for patients, so that patients experience pain plus the patient’s teeth are not completely extracted which interferes with the comfort of the patient’s teeth. The formulation of the problem: 1) How is the dentist’s service to patients at Mitra Sandona Clinic? 2) What is the responsibility of dentists to patients at Mitra Sandona Clinic? This study uses a sociological legal approach. Data sources used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and document studies. Data analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study: 1) Dentist services for patients at the Mitra Sandona Clinic in the dental poly are slow, administration is complicated, poorly organized and the information provided is not understood by patients resulting in communication errors. 2) Dentist are responsible for patients at the Mitra Sandona Clinic in Padang City by referring patient to the Semen Padang Hospital and paying for the patien’s medical expenses.
