ABSTRACT PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) knows the Non-Organic Workforce (TNO) and Organic Workforce (TO) employee systems. The author takes the formulation of the problem: 1). What is the Responsibility of Pelindo Regional 2 Teluk Bayur for the Welfare of its workers? 2). How is the legal protection process for workers at Pelindo 2 Teluk Bayur? With this type of sociological juridical research. Data collection techniques with interviews and document studies. The results of research at Pelindo 2 Teluk Bayur are 1). TNO workers get Annual Leave, Layoff Allowance, Holiday Allowance (THR), and Health Insurance. 2).
