MODEL PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM BAGI DOKTER MELALUI HOSPITAL BY-LAWS DI RUMAH SAKIT AWAL BROS PEKANBARU

Certainty of legal protection for doctors can be done through arrangements at Hospital By-Laws. In Indonesia, there is no model of legal protection for doctors by hospitals. This empirical legal research was conducted at Awal Bros Pekanbaru Hospital from October to November 2022. The source of data in this study is primary data in the form of interviews and Hospital By-Laws documents and implementing regulations such as Standard Operating Procedures, and guidelines. Awal Bros Pekanbaru Hospital has given its doctor’s guaranteed legal protection by applicable regulations in the form of preventive and repressive legal protection. Existing policy implementation models should always be socialized and become an excellent example of legal protection for doctors.References
