PENGATURAN ORGANISASI SEPAK BOLA MENURUT STATUTA FEDERATION INTER NATIONAL DE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION (FIFA) 2018 DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA DI INDONESIA

Abstract

ABSTRACT PSSI as a member of FIFA is an independent organization. The existence of the organization has its own working mechanism and is free from third party intervention. PSSI is regulated in Law Number 3 of 2005 concerning the National Sports System and is also regulated in Article 2 of Government Regulation Number 16 of 2007 concerning sports management. On April 17 2015 there was intervention from the Minister of Youth and Sports as a result on May 30 2015 FIFA sanctioned PSSI, the obligation of FIFA members to maintain the integrity and autonomy of FIFA from third party intervention is formulated in Article 17 Paragraph (1) of the FIFA Statutes, If provisions are violated, the consequence is that the legitimacy of FIFA members is not recognized, as defined in Article 17 Paragraph (3), As a result of the imposition of sanctions on the PSSI. The impact on the Indonesian national team could not compete in the FIFA competition. Problem Formulation: 1). How Is Football Regulated According To The 2018 FIFA Statutes? 2). How is the implementation of Football Regulations in Indonesia? The research method used is normative legal research. With secondary data sources and data collection techniques with document studies and data analyzed qualitatively. Research Results: 1). Every member of the association and actor in the world of football in all its forms by contributing to achieving FIFA's goals as a mission to contribute to building a better future for the world by using the power and popularity of football. 2). FIFA as the main international football organization is here to contribute not only in the development of football but also in creating a positive difference to the lives of the world's people through PSSI football in Indonesia.
