Abstract

ABSTRACT Attempts by the Russian state against Ukraine by way of cyberattacks have had detrimental effects on civilians. Attacks such as on the flow of information and hacking of cell phones that blocked the Ukrainian government, the internet network was cut off and the turn off of the vote counting display system in general elections, and the attack on six regional electricity distribution companies resulted in power outages so that 225,000 (two hundred and twenty five thousand) residents lost electrical power.
