Narcotics abuse is regulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2009 Narcotics. In 2017-2022 there were 3 members of the Republic of Indonesia army who abused narcotics. Formulation of the problem: 1. What is the process of investigating criminal acts of Narcotics by the Military Police Denpom 1/4 Padang? 2. What obstacles did Denpom 1/4 Padang face in the process of investigating narcotics crimes committed by TNI members? This research is socio-legal research. Based on research, it was concluded: 1. Military Police Denpom 1/4 Padang has investigated in accordance with the Military Procedure Law. 2. Were there any obstacles in the investigation process: witnesses provided convoluted statements and limited infrastructure.References
