PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP KELOMPOK TANI SEBAGAI PENGGUNA PUPUK BERSUBSIDI DI NAGARI KAMPUNG BATU DALAM KECAMATAN DANAU KEMBAR KABUPATEN SOLOK

Abstract

ABSTRAK Subsidized fertilizer is fertilizer with the Highest Retail Price (HET) which is subsidized by the government for farmer groups. The aim of the research is to find out why farmers do not get subsidized fertilizer and to find out the legal protection provided by the government. The formulation of the problems in this research are, 1) What are the causes of Farmers not getting subsidized fertilizers in Nagari Kampung Batu Dalam 2) How is the legal protection given to farmers as users of subsidized fertilizers. This study uses a type of sociological approach. The results showed that the reason why farmers did not get subsidized fertilizer was because they were not members of farmer groups. The forms of protection given to farmers include agricultural insurance and farmer empowerment in the form of guidance from agricultural institutions
