PELAKSANAAN HAK PASIEN LANJUT USIA DI RAWAT INAP DALAM PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH DR. RASIDIN

Abstract

ABSTRAK Health is an important matter to be regulated and supervised by the government, contained in Article 34 Paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Hospitals are health service institutions as one of the individual health service facilities that provide health services plenary individuals who provide inpatient, outpatient and emergency care. Regulations regarding hospitals are contained in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals. Formulation of the problem 1) How is the implementation of the rights of elderly patients to be hospitalized in health services at the dr. Rashid?; 2) What are the obstacles faced in exercising the rights of elderly patients to be hospitalized in health services at the dr. Rashid? This type of sociological legal research, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and document studies. Data were analyzed qualitatively. The conclusions of the research results: 1) The rights of patients to obtain the best possible health services from health workers at the Regional General Hospital dr. Rasidin feels that he is still not optimal; 2) Efforts for patients whose rights are not fulfilled, patients can report complaints about hospital services that are not in accordance with health service standards, and complaints about the quality of services experienced by patients. These patient complaints can be made by submitting a complaint letter in the suggestion box provided.
