Abstract

ABSTRAK Organizing food in Correctional Institutions runs based on the procurement of goods/services regulated in Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 concerning Procurement of Goods/Services. In fulfilling the rights of convicts to obtain proper food, cooperation is carried out in the implementation of Foodstuff Providers. Problem Formulation 1) What is the role of CV. Nowa Lestari with Correctional Facility regarding the Provision of Food Materials in Class III Narcotics Special Penitentiary in Sawahlunto City? 2) What are the obstacles faced by CV. Nowa Lestari with Correctional Facility regarding the Provision of Food Materials in Class III Narcotics Special Penitentiary in Sawahlunto City? Types of sociological legal research. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and discussion of documents, data were analyzed qualitatively. Research results 1) The role of CV. Nowa Lestari with Lapas for the Provision of Food Materials in the Class III Narcotics Correctional Institution in Sawahlunto City is to carry out and complete the procurement of goods according to the schedule for implementing the procurement of goods that has been stipulated in the contract. 2) Constraints faced by CV. Nowa Lestari with Lapas for the Provision of Food Materials in the Class III Narcotics Correctional Institution in Sawahlunto City is quite a long distance.
