Abstract

ABSTRACK According to international legal instruments related to refugees, refugees must be given the same treatment as citizens and foreign nationals in general. (1) Legal protection for international refugees is specifically regulated in the 1951 Geneva Convention. (2) Legal protection for Ukrainian refugees in Moldova is implemented by Moldova as committed when it acceded to international legal instruments on refugees approximately 21 years ago, but in its application, there are gaps -gaps that became spaces for violations and crimes against Ukrainian refugees in Moldova.
