Abstract

Implementation of Government Regulation (PP Number 11 of 2017 concerning Management of Civil Servants (PNS). In practice, problems are still found related to the Procurement of Civil Servants at the Office of the Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of South Solok Regency Formulation of the problem 1) How is the Implementation of Procurement of Employees State Civil Service based on Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017 concerning Management of Civil Servants by the South Solok District BKPSDM? 2) What are the obstacles faced in implementing the Procurement of Civil Servants based on Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017 concerning Management of Civil Servants by BKPSDM of Solok Selatan Regency? 3) What are the efforts made in implementing the Procurement of Civil Servants based on Government Regulation Number 11 of 2017 concerning the Management of Civil Servants by BKPSDM of South Solok Regency? Types of sociological juridical research. Data sources used primary and secondary data, data collection techniques using document studies and interviews were analyzed qualitatively. Research results; 1) BKPSDM Solok Selatan Regency has implemented it according to the provisions of PP Number 11 of 2017 concerning the Management of Civil Servants. 2) Obstacles faced were participants who were infected with the Covid-19 virus and caused these participants to be unable to attend the CPNS exam. 3) Efforts made to coordinate with the BKN provide rescheduling for Covid-19 participants
