PELAKSANAAN CERAI GUGAT DI PENGADILAN AGAMA KELAS 1A PADANG

Abstract

ABSTRAK Divorce is the breaking of the bond in a husband and wife relationship. Divorce Claim is a divorce suit filed by the wife to the husband. The results of the study: 1) The factors that cause divorce cases in the Padang Class 1A Religious Court are no harmony, emotional uncontrollability, third party interference, no responsibility, economy, jealousy, polygamy and moral crisis. 2) As a result of the divorce being contested at the Padang Class 1A Religious Court, namely the emergence of economic problems, practical problems, breaking of ties of friendship, child custody, and distribution of assets going back and forth.
