PERAN DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL, PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU, PERINDUSTRIAN DAN TENAGA KERJA KOTA BUKITTINGGI DALAM PELAYANAN PERIZINAN USAHA PERDAGANGAN SECARA ONLINE

Abstract

Based on Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government in the delivery of public services, local governments have an important role to ensure the continuity of an effective and efficient service so that it can be accounted for. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1)What is the Role of the Investment Service, One Stop Service, Industry and Labor City of Bukittinggi in Online Trading Business Licensing Services?2)What are the Constraints Found in Online Trade Business Licensing Services at the Office Investment, One-Stop Services, Industry and Manpower, Bukittinggi City?3)What are the efforts made by the Investment, One-Stop, Industry and Manpower Service for the City of Bukittinggi in Overcoming Constraints in Online Trade Business Licensing Services? The research method used is Juridical Sociology, using primary and secondary data sources, data collection techniques with document studies and interviews, the collected data is analyzed by qualitative analysis. The results of the study:1)The role of the Investment Service, One- Stop Integrated Services, Industry and Manpower of the City of Bukittinggi in Online Trading Business Licensing Services has not been effective from 2019 to 2020.2)There are obstacles that business actors do not understand accessing websites and networks.3)Efforts that can be made: opening consulting and mentoring services, conducting socialization, providing information regarding documents that must be prepared if the network has started to improve.
