Abstract

There is a Mayor Regulation that can make people receive public services from the government in a professional and effective manner. In this case the Implementation of the Mayor of Padang Regulation Number 86 of 2022 Concerning Handling of Public Complaints Through Padang Gerak Fast. The formulation of the research problem is (1) Implementation of the Mayor of Padang Regulation Number 86 of 2022 concerning Handling Public Complaints through Padang Gerak Cepat (2) What are the Obstacles Faced by the Padang City Government in Implementing the Mayor of Padang Regulation Number 86 of 2022 concerning Handling of Complaints Communities Through Padang Gerak Cepat (3) What are the Efforts Made by the Municipal Government of Padang in Overcoming Obstacles in Implementing Padang Mayor Regulation Number 86 of 2022 Concerning Handling Community Complaints Through Padang Gerak Cepat. This study uses sociological legal research. The data sources used are primary data sources through interviews and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using document studies and interviews. The results of this study are (1) The implementation of the Padang Mayor Regulation Number 86 of 2022 concerning Handling Public Complaints Through Padang Fast Movement can be seen in the ormation and implementation of the Padang Gerak Cepat Program, which aims to make it easier for the community to make complaints and place the community to fully participate in improve public services in the city of Padang. (2) The Obstacles Faced by the Municipal Government of Padang in Implementing the Mayor of Padang Regulation Number 86 of 2022 Concerning Handling of Public Complaints Through Padang Gerak Cepat are internal and external constraints. (3) The Efforts Made by the Government of Padang City in Overcoming Obstacles in Implementing the Mayor of Padang Regulation Number 86 of 2022 Concerning Handling Public Complaints Through Padang Gerak Cepat Adding quality human resources, outreach to the community so that people are aware of the existence of Padang Gerak Cepat, improving services in the form of telecommunications information facilities within the community.
