KEWENANGAN DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU (DPMPTSP) KOTA PADANG DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN PERIZINAN

Abstract

Padang City Mayor Regulation Number 28 of 2017 Concerning Delegation of Authority for the Implementation of Integrated Services to the Investment and One-Stop Services Agency (DPMPTSP). The authority to administer permits in the City of Padang falls under the authority of the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of the City of Padang. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1) How is the implementation of licensing services by the Padang City One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP) in providing Licensing Services? 2) What are the obstacles that arise in the implementation of licensing services in Padang City? 3 ) What are the efforts made by the Padang City One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP) in overcoming obstacles in licensing services? The research method used is Juridical Sociology, using primary and secondary data sources, data collection techniques with document studies and interviews, the collected data is analyzed by qualitative analysis. The results of the study are: 1) The implementation of licensing services by the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP) provides licensing services, takes care of business licenses. 2) There are internal and external constraints. 3) Efforts made by the Investment and Integrated Services Office One Door: the formation of a joint agreement to improve human resources, personnel resources to be more disciplined in their work, a professional attitude is applied to every employee at work, to fulfill facilities and infrastructure.
