PENDAYAGUNAAN DANA ZAKAT PRODUKTIF DALAM PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN MUSTAHIK DI KECAMATAN SIJUNJUNG KABUPATEN SIJUNJUNG

Abstract

ABSTRAK Zakat is an obligation for Muslims to issue a certain portion of the assets that must be issued when it reaches the specified conditions. The collected zakat funds are used as productive funds that can generate profits and are able to support the needs of the poor and the poor on a wider scale. The mustahik are given assistance in accordance with the business they have, but in practice in developing the mustahik business, there are mustahik who are successful and there are also those who are still hampered in increasing their income. Problem Formulation: 1) How is productive utilization of zakat in Sijunjung District, Sijunjung Regency? 2) What are the mustahik's obstacles in increasing income after receiving productive zakat funds? 3) How do you overcome mustahik's obstacles in increasing income after receiving productive zakat funds? This study uses a sociological legal approach. Source of data used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and document studies. Data were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study: 1) Efficiency of productive zakat in Sijunjung District, Sijunjung Regency is carried out with an economic program for empowering zakat 2) Mustahik's obstacles in increasing income after receiving productive zakat funds mustahik's mentality is not ready to change to be productive, mustahik is difficult to find a strategic place, mustahik does not know how to prepare reports 3) How to overcome mustahik obstacles in increasing income after receiving productive zakat funds providing training and education.
