Abstract

ABSTRAK Responsibility is part of the obligation that binds one's activities in trying. Warranty is a form of service in the form of a guarantee given to consumers of the goods they have purchased. Problem Formulation: 1) What is the responsibility of the sales and purchase agreement of business actors for warranty goods to consumers? 2) What is the procedure for claiming goods warranty at the Wisdana Musik store to consumers? This study uses a sociological juridical type. Source of data used primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were obtained by means of interviews and document studies. Data were analyzed using qualitative. Research results: 1) Business actors give their responsibility as an obligation and consumers also have the right to get it by repairing goods where the goods have a shop guarantee that has been given by the shop owner, the validity of the sale and purchase agreement with business actors and consumers in the form of receipts and negotiations notes. 2) Consumers come to the shop of the goods they bought by bringing the terms of proof of the purchase invoice from the store and proof of a complete and clear guarantee card.
