Abstract

The type of research is Juridical Sociological, data sources are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials, data collection techniques are sociological and literature studies and other sources that prove their clarity, the data is analyzed qualitatively. From the research results it can be concluded: 1) The form of company responsibility is by providing employment, providing basic food allowances, helping the construction of public facilities, and helping community activities 2) The constraints and efforts of the company are the constraints of the aeration pond which must have sufficient volume, the right air temperature, the need for skilled supervisors, the cost of mud disposal, the cost of construction is quite large, the company's efforts are to provide material assistance to local residents.
