ANALISIS PUTUSAN KASASI MAHKAMAH AGUNG TERHADAP PUTUSAN PEMBATALAN PIDANA MATI BAGI PELAKU TINDAK PIDANA PEMBUNUHAN BERENCANA (Studi Putusan: Nomor 813 K/Pid/2023)

Abstract

Community Organizations according to Law Number 17 of 2013 concerning Community Organizations are organizations founded voluntarily by the community on the basis of shared ideals, desires, needs, interests, activities and goals of participating in development to achieve the goals of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila. and the 1945 Constitution. The formulation of the problem is: 1) What is the role of the United Batak Youth Organization in Mukomuko Regency 2) What are the obstacles faced by the United Batak Youth Organization 3) What are the efforts made by the United Batak Youth Organization. The research method used is sociological legal research using primary and secondary data as well as data collection techniques using document studies and interviews and data analysis using qualitative analysis. Based on the research results, it was found: 1) The role of the UN Organization consists of: a) Maintaining order during religious celebrations, b) Carrying out Friday confide activities together with members of the police. 2) The obstacles faced by the United Batak Youth Organization consist of three types, including: a) lack of attention from the surrounding community, b) lack of human resources and c) lack of financial resources. 3) The efforts made by the United Batak Youth Organization are: a) approach the community b) facilitate access to registration for prospective members c) Optimize meeting schedules.
