Abstract

Law Number 11 of 2009 concerning Social Welfare in Article 1 Paragraph 1 which is to fulfill social welfare. This direct cash assistance is an effort to improve social welfare and is expected to ease the burden on poor families and stimulate Indonesia's national economy. Problem Formulation: 1). Research results Based on research regarding 1). The obstacle in implementing BLT is that the data is inaccurate so that the use of BLT is not on target which results in social jealousy. 3).
