IMPLEMENTASI PUNGUTAN RETRIBUSI KHUSUS PARKIR DI TEMPAT WISATA PANTAI CAROCOK KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN

Abstract

Carocok Painan Beach is one of the tourist destinations in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The parking lot is one of the important areas in this tourist attraction. Related to this, parking fees at Carocok Beach have a significant role in regulating vehicle traffic entering the tourist attraction area. The regulation of parking fees at Carocok Pesisir Selatan Beach is regulated in Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2018 concerning Business Services Fees, Formulation of the problem: 1) How is the special parking levy implemented at Carocok Beach, Pesisir Selatan Regency? 2) What are the obstacles faced in implementing levies for special parking spaces at Carocok Beach, Pesisir Selatan Regency? 3) What efforts have been made to overcome the obstacles faced in implementing levies for special parking spaces at Carocok Beach, Pesisir Selatan Regency? This research uses a sociological legal approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and document study. Data was analyzed qualitatively. Research result: 1) Implementation of parking fees at Carocok Beach is regulated in accordance with Pesisir Selatan Regency Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2018 concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2012 concerning Business Services Levy. 2) The obstacles faced in the implementation of parking fees are limited parking infrastructure, visitor non-compliance, fluctuations in visitor levels, and the existence of unofficial fees carried out not by Transportation Service officers. 3) Efforts made to overcome obstacles are increasing public awareness, etc.
