Abstract

ABSTRACT Legal protection of customers who are harmed due to system errors in Mobile Banking services at Bank 9 Jambi, Sungai Penuh City Branch on the basis of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The focus of this research is on analyzing cases that occur at Bank 9 Jambi, Sungai Penuh City Branch (1) How is the legal protection for customers who are harmed by system failures in Mobile Banking services at Bank 9 Jambi, Sungai Penuh City Branch? (2) What are the obstacles experienced by the bank resulting in system errors in Mobile Banking services by Bank 9 Jambi, Sungai Penuh City Branch? (3) How are the efforts made by Bank 9 Jambi, Sungai Penuh City Branch in resolving the obstacles experienced? The type of research is juridical sociological. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques with interviews and document studies which then the data is analyzed qualitatively. Conclusion (1) To analyze the legal protection for customers who are harmed by system failures in Mobile Banking services at Bank 9 Jambi Sungai Penuh City Branch (2) To analyze the obstacles experienced by banks resulting in system errors in Mobile Banking services by Bank 9 Jambi Sungai Penuh City Branch (3) to analyze the efforts made by Bank 9 Jambi Sungai Penuh City Branch in resolving the obstacles experienced.
