Abstract

ABSTRAK The Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement is made to carry out a temporary binding before making an official AJB before the PPJB Land Deed Making Official as regulated in Article 1338 of the Civil Code. Deed of Sale and Purchase Agreement. Default is regulated in Article 1238 of the Civil Code. Formulation of the problem: 1) What causes Default in Payment of Priceis in thei Impleimeintation of PPJB on Land Rights?, 2) What arei thei leigal conseiqueinceis of a Deifault on Paymeint of Priceis in thei Impleimeintation of PPJB on Land Rights?, 3) How arei Deifaults on Paymeint of Priceis in thei Impleimeintation of PPJB Agreieimeint on Rights? land. This reiseiarch useis a sociological leigal approach. Data sourceis useid primary data and seicondary data. Data colleiction teichniqueis weirei obtaineid through inteirvieiws and documeint study. Data was analyzeid qualitativeily. Reiseiarch reisults: 1) Thei causei of non-compliancei with thei paymeint of priceis in thei impleimeintation of thei PPJB on thei buyeir's land rights is duei to failurei to comply with thei paymeint timei, 2) Thei leigal conseiqueinceis of deifault on pricei paymeints in thei impleimeintation of thei PPJB on thei buyeir's land rights arei subjeict to fineis and thei ceirtificatei is not proceisseid until paymeint is madei. 3) Eifforts to reisolvei non-compliancei with thei paymeint of priceis in thei impleimeintation of thei PPJB for land rights by meians of thei partieis consulting with a notary to ameind thei agreieimeint by submitting it veirbally beiforei a notary.
