ABSTRAK According to the Regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia Article 2 paragraph (1) Number 35 of 2013, every business actor who trades goods at retail and/or services to consumers is obliged to state the price of goods or service rates clearly, easily read and easily seen. However, in the city of Padang there are restaurants that do not include a price list. Problem Formulation: 1) How is the implementation of the inclusion of food price lists in restaurants in Padang City? 2) How does the Trade Department supervise restaurants that do not include a price list? This type of research is sociological juridical. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and document study. Data analysis using qualitative methods. The results of the research are 1) The implementation of the inclusion of a food price list in Padang City is still not fully implemented well because the prices of basic raw materials are different every day, habitual factors, having a small menu 2) Supervision of the trade department on restaurants that do not include a price list by following up directly to the restaurant in the form of socialization once every 5 years, for restaurants that do not comply with the rules, they will be given administrative sanctions in the form of a written warning and the revocation of their tourism business registration permit.References
