PELAKSANAAN PERJANJIAN SISTEM BAGI HASIL PERTANIAN DI NAGARI PASIR TALANG KECAMATAN SUNGAI PAGU KABUPATEN SOLOK SELATAN

Abstract

ABSTRAK In the Nagari Pasir Talang region, there exists an agricultural profit-sharing agreement with the systems of mampaduo, mampatigo, mampaampek, and mampalimo. The formulation of the research problems in this study includes: (1) How is the implementation of the agricultural profit-sharing agreement system conducted by the community of Nagari Pasir Talang (2) What challenges arise in the implementation of the agricultural profit-sharing agreement system in Nagari Pasir Talang (3) How can challenges in implementing the agricultural profit-sharing agreement system in Nagari Pasir Talang be overcome. This study adopts a juridical-sociological research approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include interviews and document studies, followed by qualitative data analysis. The research findings are as follows: (1) The implementation of the agricultural profit-sharing agreement system in Nagari Pasir Talang is based on customary law. (2) Challenges in the implementation of the agricultural profit-sharing agreement in Nagari Pasir Talang include breaches of agreement between landowners and cultivators and strong cultural factors in the community that still believe in the traditional customs passed down through generations. (3) The method to overcome challenges in implementing the agricultural profit-sharing agreement is for landowners and cultivators to involve existing laws sanctioned by the government when entering into profit-sharing agreements.
