ABSTRAK Customers can access mobile banking through an electronic channel.a smartphone that has the mobile banking application activated. The legal basis for compensation for customer losses is contained in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Problem Formulation: (1) How is compensation resolved for customers using mobile banking who experience transaction errors? (2) What is the bank's responsibility for losses experienced by customers? The Sociological-juridical research is one kind of research. Primary and secondary data sources are used, along with qualitative analysis and data collection methods including document analysis and interviewing. Conclusions drawn from the study's findings: 1) Settlement of reimbursement for clients who use mobile banking and have transaction problems by calling the call center (150234) which will then be recorded by customer service and then forwarded to the head office for settlement, and you can also come to the Nagari bank office nearest. 2) The bank's responsibility for losses experienced by the customer is to compensate for the losses experienced by the customer by returning one hundred percent of the losses experienced by the customer if it is proven that the bank made a mistake after an investigation by the bank.References
