Abstract

ABSTRAK The implementation of this name change is very important, considering that the name of the land certificate is the only legal proof of land ownership in the eyes of the law. Therefore, this research discusses the problem formulation: 1) How is the Transfer of Name Certificate Implemented? 2) What are the legal consequences if you do not change the name of the land ownership certificate after the sale and purchase? Sorts of humanistic juridical exploration. The information sources utilized are essential and optional information. Information assortment methods were done utilizing meetings and report studies. Information was broke down subjectively. The aftereffects of the research show that. 1) The process of changing the name of the Certificate must follow the SOP procedures at the Land Agency Office by bringing all the documents that are important for registering the name of the Certificate. If the documents are incomplete, the registration of the name of the Certificate will be rejected. 2) Legal consequences if you do not transfer the name of the land ownership certificate after the sale and purchase..
