PELAKSANAAN PERCERAIAN PADA USIA MUDA DI KOTA SUNGAI PENUH

Abstract

ABSTRAK There were 18,182 young marriages in Sungai Penuh City from 2020-2023. Meanwhile, and number of divorces was 5,580. The number of divorces at a young age is 764. The formulation of the problem is: 1) What are the factors that cause divorce at a young age in theSungai Penuh City? 2) What is the impact of young divorce in Sungai Penuh City? 3) How do you deal with young divorces in Sungai Penuh City? This type of research is sociological juridical. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include interviews and document study. The data collected was analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research are: 1) The factors that cause divorce at a young age in Sungai Penuh City are: Infidelity, husbands being lazy at work, husbands not providing a living, forced marriages. 2) The impact of divorce at a young age in SungaiPenuh City is: Impact on husband and wife, mental and child support, economic, social and community. 3) The way to deal with young divorces in SungaiPenuh City is: Religious Court Judges have a central role in preventing divorce. One of the important stages in preventing divorce is through mediation, where the respective families come together to reconcile.
