Abstract

ABSTRAK Business actors in minimarkets in Sungai Pagu District, Muara labuh have a responsibility towards consumers regarding defective food products. This responsibility includes providing clear information about products, quality control, as well as quick and appropriate action if problems occur with the food products being sold. Efforts to maintain the safety and quality of food products must be a priority so that consumers can obtain products that are safe and meet standards. Formulation: 1). What is the form of responsibility of business actors for defective food products in the Sungai Pagu District Minimarket? 2). What are the social impacts for business actors who do not meet the standards and safety of food products in minimarkets in Sungai Pagu District? This type of research is socio legal research, data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews and document study.
