IMPLEMENTASI PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG DESA DI DESA TALUK KOTA PARIAMAN

Abstract

Based on Law Number 6 of 2014, Villages have the authority to manage village funds. Taluk Village is one of the villages in Pariaman City. The formulation of the problem in this research is: 1) How is Village Fund Management Implemented Based on Law Number 6 of 2014 in Taluk Village Kota Pariaman?, 2) What is the Role of Village Government in Village Fund Management Based on Law Number 6 of 2014 in Taluk Village Pariaman City?. This research method is empirical juridical research which is a type of sociological legal research and can be called field research, which examines applicable legal provisions and what has happened in people's lives. Based on the research conducted by the researcher, the researcher obtained the following research results: 1) Implementation of Village Fund Management includes the planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability stages. 2) The role of Village Officials in managing village funds in Taluk villages is in accordance with the role stated in the Law by creating the required documents such as the Village Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMDes), Village Government Work Plan (RKPDes) and Village Regulations regarding the Village APBDes.
