PROSEDUR PENYUSUNAN LAPORAN PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN BUPATI KEPADA DPRD DI KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT TAHUN 2022

Abstract

The West Pasaman Regent's Accountability Information Report (LKPJ) to the DPRD in 2022 was prepared based on the mandate of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government and Government Regulation Number 13 of 2019 concerning Reports and Evaluation of Regional Government Implementation. Problem formulation: 1) What is the procedure for preparing the report government accountability in West Pasaman district in ? 2) What are the obstacles faced in the process of preparing the government accountability report in West Pasaman district in 2022? 3) What efforts can the Government take to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of procedures for preparing government accountability reports in West Pasaman district 2022? Types of sociological juridical research. The data sources used were primary and secondary data, then data collection techniques using document studies and interviews were analyzed qualitatively. Research results: 1) The procedural process for preparing government accountability reports in West Pasaman Regency involves structured stages, including collecting financial data, performance analysis, and preparing reports based on applicable regulations. 2) The obstacles faced include all reports having to be completed simultaneously. This has resulted in several sections assigned to make LKPJ having difficulties in allocating time, changes in section heads, data delays, poor data quality, and finally inadequate information systems. 3) Efforts made by holding coordination meetings, issuing warning letters from the leadership, warning letters are firm steps that can be taken to overcome delays in reporting data, and provide understanding to new sections.
