IMPLEMENTASI CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONBILITY (CSR) PT. SEMEN PADANG TERHADAP DAMPAK LINGKUNGAN MASYARAKAT DI INDARUNG

Abstract

ABSTRACT Social and environmental responsibilities that must be fulfilled by limited liability companies. Associated with PT. Semen Padang, this regulation requires companies to comply with these obligations in accordance with applicable legal aspects, including for PT. Semen Padang. Problem formulation: 1) How is PT's CSR responsibility implemented? Semen Padang towards the Indarung community? 2) The obstacles faced by PT. Semen Padang in carrying out its CSR responsibilities towards the Indarung community? 3) What efforts have been made to overcome obstacles in carrying out PT's CSR responsibilities. Semen Padang towards the Indarung community? Type of sociological juridical research, data sources come from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using interviews and document studies, data analyzed qualitatively. Conclusions from the research results: 1) Implementation of PT's CSR responsibilities. Semen Padang towards the Indarung community, namely determining CSR goals and targets, involving the community in planning and implementing programs, establishing partnerships with related parties, conducting evaluations and monitoring, reporting CSR implementation in a transparent and accountable manner. 2) Constraints faced by PT. Semen Padang in carrying out its CSR responsibilities towards the Indarung community, namely unclear regulations, limited resources, community awareness and acceptance, lack of involvement of related parties. 3) Efforts have been made to overcome obstacles in carrying out PT's CSR responsibilities. Semen Padang towards the Indarung community, namely socialization and education, involvement of related parties, transparency and accountability, community involvement.
