IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN BUPATI KABUPATEN PASAMAN NOMOR 02 TAHUN 2020 TENTANG PEMILIHAN WALI NAGARI SERENTAK DI NAGARI LANSEK KODOK BARAT TAHUN 2022

Abstract

Pasaman Regency held simultaneous elections for Nagari Mayors on December 20 2022, the Regent of Pasaman issued Regent Regulation Number 02 of 2020 concerning the Election of Nagari Mayors, Ulil Amri was elected as Wali Nagari Lansek West Kodok but was not appointed by the Regent of Pasaman Regency. Problem Formulation: 1) How is the implementation of Pasaman Regency Regent Regulation No. 02 of 2020 concerning the simultaneous election of Nagari Mayors in Nagari Lansek Kodok Barat. 2) What are the obstacles in the 2020 Nagari Mayor election in Nagari Lansek Kodok Barat. 3) What are the efforts to overcome the obstacles to the 2022 simultaneous Nagari Mayor Election in Nagari Lansek Kodok Barat. Types of sociological juridical research. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interviews and document study. The data was analyzed qualitatively. Research Results: 1) Implementation has been implemented up to the election of Mr. Ulil Amri as Mayor of West Kodok Landsek. 2) Obstacles in the Election of Nagari Mayor. is that there are differences in decisions between the District election committee and the Regency election committee. 3) Efforts to overcome obstacles in the election of the Mayor of Nagari are to hold a meeting to follow up on the decision of the Regency Committee stating that Ulil Amri violated administration which refers to Article 8 of Regent Regulation Number 02 of 2022.
