IMPLEMENTASI PENGGUNAAN SISTEM ONLINE SINGLE SUBMISSION PADA PELAYANAN PERIZINAN USAHA DI DPMPTSP KOTA PADANG (Studi Kasus Di DPMPTSP Kota Padang)

Abstract

All business licensing services are integrated by the center through one system, namely Online Single Submission (OSS). DPMPTSP Kota Padang is an official agency specifically tasked with providing Business Licensing Services through OSS. The formulation of the problem is: (1) How is the implementation of the use of the OSS System in Business Licensing Services at DPMPTSP Padang City? (2) What are the obstacles in implementing the OSS system in business licensing services at DPMPTSP Padang City? (3) What are the efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the OSS system in Business Licensing Services at DPMPTSP Padang City? Research Methods used qualitative. Then the data collected is in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results of the research are as follows: (1) The implementation of the OSS system policy at DPMPTSP Kota Padang has generally run well as seen from the implementation of good systems and services. (2) Obstacles in implementing OSS in DPMPTSP Padang City can be that business actors are not fully able to operate the OSS- based licensing system, Not all business actors have adequate tools to be used to register on the website, the website cannot be accessed or is being repaired which results in errors. (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles are conducting socialization to the community, providing complaint services, repairing and developing systems.
